BitOasis app: buy, sell and swap crypto in AED on iOS and Android
The BitOasis app is the iOS and Android app of BitOasis Technologies FZE, licensed by Dubai VARA for Broker-Dealer Services (VASP Licence reference VL/2024/11/001). UAE residents use it to buy, sell and swap more than 60 digital assets in dirhams and to add funds by Apple Pay, card or bank transfer from 100 AED.

What the app does
The app puts BitOasis Lite on your phone: an AED balance, one quoted price per trade and a wallet for sending and receiving.
Buy, sell and swap on Lite
Lite is the simple service. You see one quoted price, confirm it, and the order is placed. The Lite trading fee is 0%. The quote includes a spread that BitOasis does not publish, so compare the quote with the market price before you confirm. Swap exchanges one crypto for another on the Lite dashboard and needs the latest version of the app.

Instant Buy and Recurring Buy
Instant Buy lets UAE customers pay for a purchase by debit or credit card or by Apple Pay in one flow, without adding dirhams to the account first. The card rate applies: from 3.99%.
Recurring Buy repeats a purchase on a schedule. BitOasis announced it as live in a blog post dated . Repeating a purchase does not remove the risk of loss.
BitOasis Pro adds market and limit orders, charting and order books. Whether Pro order types are available in the mobile app is not confirmed on this page.
The BitOasis wallet: a custodial crypto wallet in the app
The wallet in the BitOasis app is a custodial crypto wallet: the custodian holds the private keys and you do not. Under the BitOasis Terms of Service, wallet and custody services are provided through BitGo entities, and client virtual assets sit in segregated wallets that are not co-mingled with company funds. For UAE residents it works as a Bitcoin wallet and a crypto wallet in one app.

Sending and receiving
Receiving crypto is free. Sending costs the network fee listed per asset: 0.0005 BTC for Bitcoin, with a minimum send of 0.000054 BTC. Transfers work only on the networks BitOasis supports for each asset.

You can add dirhams in four ways, from 100 AED. The bank account or card must be in your own name.

Security in the app
BitOasis lists four ways to confirm that it is you. They protect the sign-in. They do not protect the value of what you hold.

Is the BitOasis app free?
Yes. The BitOasis app is free to download from the App Store and Google Play. Fees apply when you use it: card and Apple Pay payments cost from 3.99%, AED bank transfers cost 0%, and sending crypto out costs a network fee per asset. Every rate is in the full list of BitOasis fees.
Can I use Apple Pay?
Yes, if you are in the UAE. An Apple Pay payment starts at 100 AED, is credited instantly and carries the same fee as a card payment, from 3.99%. With Instant Buy you can pay for a purchase by Apple Pay in one flow. If the fee matters more than speed, an AED bank transfer costs 0%.
Is the app available outside the UAE?
This page can confirm the UAE only. BitOasis names other countries in the Middle East and North Africa as supported, but its published lists differ, and card payments, Apple Pay and Easy Funding are for UAE customers only. Outside the UAE, ask support which services apply to you before you add funds.
How do I turn on two-factor authentication?
You turn it on in the security settings of your account. BitOasis offers four methods: biometrics, a time-based one-time password from an authenticator app, SMS codes and email codes. Turn on at least one before you add funds. The security and custody page has more on protecting an account.
Where do I get help with the app?
Use live chat in the app or on bitoasis.net, email [email protected], or search the help centre at support.bitoasis.net. No support phone number appears on the BitOasis home, About or Security pages, so confirm any call that claims to come from BitOasis through live chat or email first.
