The BitOasis Terms of Service are the binding text. This page picks out the points customers ask about most and leaves the rest to the full document.
1. Who you contract with
Your contract is with BitOasis Technologies FZE, a company formed in Dubai Silicon Oasis under Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZA) licence no. 1462. BitOasis Technologies FZE is licensed by the Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) for Broker-Dealer Services, VASP Licence reference VL/2024/11/001 (VARA register entry for BitOasis Technologies FZE). The licence details page shows what that licence covers.
The Terms set out the ownership chain. BitOasis Technologies FZE is wholly owned by BO Technologies Ltd (British Virgin Islands, company number 1897731). BO Technologies Ltd is wholly owned by DCX Global Limited (Mauritius), the holding company of the DCX Group.
2. Client categories and eligibility
The Terms name three client categories: Retail, Qualified Retail and Institutional Investor. The VARA register entry says the company is permitted to serve Institutional Investors, Qualified Investors and Retail Investors.
To hold an account you must be 18 or over, live in a supported country and pass identity verification with a government-issued residency ID or passport.
3. Trading and order execution
BitOasis acts as a broker-dealer. The Terms say that 100% of client spot orders are routed to liquidity providers, and they name three: Bitfinex, Aquanow and BitGo MENA FZE. They also say that neither BitOasis nor any DCX Group company does proprietary trading.
4. Custody of client assets
Wallet and custody services are provided through BitGo entities: BitGo Custody MENA FZE, BitGo Trust and BitGo Inc. The Terms say that client virtual assets are held in segregated wallets and are not co-mingled with company funds.
Segregation does not remove the risk of loss, and no financial protection scheme covers a BitOasis account. Read the risk disclosure before you fund an account. The security page describes the custody arrangements in more detail.
5. Fees, changes and termination
The fees you pay are the ones in the current fee schedule. The Terms can change: the live record was last modified on 17 September 2026.
This summary does not cover how the agreement ends, which law governs it or how disputes are settled. Read those clauses in the full Terms. If something goes wrong, start with the BitOasis complaints procedure. How your personal data is used is in the privacy policy.
