Editorial and AI-use policy
BitOasis guides are written to inform, not to advise: every claim is traced to a primary source, every page is reviewed for compliance before publication, any AI-assisted text is fact-checked and approved by a named person, and corrections are dated on the page.

This policy covers the guides in BitOasis Learn and the fee, security and licence pages of this site.
1. Who writes and reviews
Guides are written by the BitOasis Research Team and reviewed by the Head of Compliance before publication. Both are role placeholders in this prototype. Before a guide goes live, each role is replaced by a named person whose position and qualifications a reader can check on a profile page.
No guide carries an invented name, photo or credential. The page about BitOasis names the company behind the guides.
2. Sourcing and fact-checking
- Primary sources come first: the VARA rulebooks and public register, and the terms, fee pages and help centre that BitOasis publishes.
- Every number carries the date on which it was read.
- Each page has a fact-check log with four fields: the claim, the source URL, the date accessed and the checker.
- A statement that cannot be traced to a source is removed, or marked for confirmation and held back.
- Guides make no price predictions and no claims about returns.
The three launch guides show the method: the guide to buying Bitcoin in the UAE, the guide to UAE crypto regulation and the guide to crypto wallets.
3. Use of AI
- Any AI-assisted text, title, meta description, structured data or alt text is manually fact-checked and approved by a named human before publication.
- The reviewer's name and the date are stored for each URL.
- AI is never used to generate pages at scale.
- Readers are told how automation was used whenever it was material.
This prototype was drafted with AI assistance. Each fact is logged with its source. Before publication, a named person at BitOasis must check those facts and replace or confirm the placeholders (role names and unconfirmed figures).
4. Updates and corrections
- Fee, limit and regulation pages: the data is checked every 30 days and the page is reviewed every 90 days.
- Guides are reviewed at least every 12 months.
- The date on a page changes only when its content changes.
- A correction carries a dated note on the page. Numbers are never changed silently.
If you find a mistake, use the contact page to report an error.
5. How BitOasis makes money and conflicts of interest
BitOasis charges fees: maker and taker fees on BitOasis Pro, a fee on card payments, a fee on AED withdrawals and a network fee when you send crypto out. BitOasis Lite has a 0% trading fee. A Lite price is a quote, and the spread inside that quote is not published. The fees page shows how BitOasis charges fees.
Guides mention BitOasis products where they are relevant, and say so. No one pays to be mentioned in a guide. Guides are for information only, not investment advice.
