1. Who controls your data
BitOasis Technologies FZE decides how and why your personal data is used when you open and use a BitOasis account. The company is formed in Dubai Silicon Oasis under Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZA) licence no. 1462. Its Privacy Policy gives the registered office as DSO-THUB-G-D-FLEX-G001F and DSO-THUB-G-D-FLEX-G078, THUB, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE.

2. What we collect and why
BitOasis collects three kinds of data:
- Identity and verification data. A mobile number, your country of residence, a government-issued residency ID or passport, a selfie and a declaration of your source of funds. You must be 18 or over.
- Transaction data. AED payments in and out, orders, and crypto sent or received.
- Device data. Technical data created when you use the website or the app.
The data is used for four purposes: to open and run your account, to meet legal obligations such as anti-money-laundering checks, to protect accounts, and to answer support requests. The security page explains how accounts are protected.
3. Who we share data with
Personal data goes to two groups:
- Service providers that run parts of the service. The Terms of Service name BitGo entities for wallet and custody services. Live chat and the help centre run on third-party support tools (Freshchat and Freshdesk).
- Regulators and authorities, where the law requires it. BitOasis has been a Reporting Entity on the goAML platform of the UAE Financial Intelligence Unit since September 2021.
This summary names no other recipient. The terms of service, in summary, describe the custody and trading arrangements.
4. Your rights and how to use them
You can ask BitOasis for a copy of your personal data, ask for a mistake to be corrected, and ask for data to be deleted where the law allows it. Send the request to [email protected] from the email address on your account. The Data Protection Officer answers data-subject requests within 30 days.

5. Retention, cookies and changes
This summary does not list how long each kind of data is kept or which cookies the website and the app set. Both belong in the full Privacy Policy. This page itself sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts.
When the policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. The date does not change for any other reason.
